On a '93-96 Bronco, there will be 2 for the 4WABS, and if you actually had the trailer package, there'd be 2 more for those trailer circuits, making 4 total in the small box. (The fuse box has as many as 5 more, and one of them would be the trailer marker lamp relay.) You'd need to pull the main connector at the ECU & the cab connector as well as the connector leading to engine (c103) with the bolt that holds it to the box it's self. The clips that hold c103 to the frame is easily broke & it's a trick to get it loose.
