I checked all the relays and fuses under the hood and found 103 and 113 both pulling current. 103 is Junction Block Battery feed and 113 is Ignition Switch Battery Feed(run and accesory circuits). When both are removed current drops to .01 amp, which I assume is normal or I can at least live with.
